I got me a 1992 SRV Artist. Bought it new with a Vibroverb RI at Sam Ash in White Plains, NY in Aug '92 for $900!. Still got the paperwork.

Just got a black roadworn strat last year. It sounds and plays totally different than my SRV.

I love both for different reasons.
