Last week, I played bossa nova numbers at recital of music school.

Almost all the music were classical.

We were likely unusual among them :-)

One Note Samba / rion and Quickle

My friend 'MINMEI', a female jazz sax player, arranged and played the theme of a Japanese past TV program, called '11PM'. It is a hard-bop style jazz.

The song is quite familiar with our generation in Japan, through the program started at 11 pm everynight. The contents were somewhat sexy and adult.

I heard this revival song and rushed to ask her for make me play the guitar.

As 'MINMEI' is a jazz musician, her arrangement and tenor saxophone solo are excellent! I really enjoyed playing jazz guitar with her track.

I uploaded new tune 'Kaleidoscope'.

That has some tastes such as rock, nu-jazz, drum'n'bass or so.

The tone of main theme is made with the effect named 'defretter' of BOSS GT-10.
